Description
Is probably the most used idea generation tools. The aim of the method is to generate as many ideas as possible in a reduced amount of time. In order to do so, specific rules of behaviour must be set and respected.
When is it useful?
It indicates the business development phase(s) for which the tool is particularly useful
Participants
It answers the question: who could or should participate in the process? How many participants?
